Miley Cyrus confronts a paparazzo outside of Paty's Restaurant where she was having breakfast with her mum Tish and sister in Toluca Lake on October 12, 2010. Miley and her family were dining on the outside patio where she noticed a paparazzo filming her and that is when Miley confronted the the young lady with anger, grabbing the lens of the camera and began arguing with her in the middle of the street.
